No matter your budget or your goal, we will put together a bespoke package of training that enables you to be the happiest, most confident and strongest woman you can be.

Focus On You

Join me on a 1-2-1 basis at my home, or yours, for a regular wellness and workout session. We'll talk about what you want to achieve, and how we can achieve it together. We'll cover exercise, diet, and other lifestyle factors to create an holistic plan just for you.

£45 per session.

Train Together

Come along to group sessions with other women on a similar journey - all groups are mixed ability, so whether it's your first or 100th session, you will get the most out of it to boost your fitness, mental wellbeing, and strength. Pay As You Go and bulk booking options available. 

£26 per block of 4.

Walk & Talk

Come and put yourself through your paces and walk yourself fit.

Not only will you receive the benefits of a challenging walk, you get the opportunity to disect - and celebrate - life for what it is, with like minded women.

These local walks will be based in and around our stunning local area with only short drives ever required. 

Beat the winter blues and keep your steps up with familiar, and hopefully some new areas for us all, where we all feel safe and strong in numbers :-)

High-vis will be provided - dogs need to be vetted please by the leader of the pack (as it were!!), my trusty 4 legged companion.
