Don't just take it from me! Here are some of the stories of the women I've worked with recently, telling in their own words how sessions with me have helped them.

I’ve tried SO many keep fit and gym classes but never managed to stick at them because they were either “clicky” or just too general and therefore didn’t get anything out of it for my personal goals. I’ve been doing these bootcamps regularly and have noticed a big difference and it’s super friendly. Laura manages the group so well that everyone takes many positives away.

To sum up - these work you and you can feel it the next day but not in a way that puts you off coming back...they get addictive 🤣


A friend recommended Laura and I am so pleased she did! Laura took the time to listen and ask questions. I joined Train Together (which I was petrified about) but was made to feel very welcome and part of ‘something’.  It wasn’t a shouty bootcamp as I had imagined - it was a massive challenge within a lot of praise and positive encouragement. I’ve been with Laura now for almost 6 months and I am noticing the difference. I feel stronger and I have a lot more stamina when it comes to running. I loved it so much I even started having Focus On You sessions.

I am blown away by the change in my body in such a short period of time.  Laura manages to encourage and motivate in such a way that you don't even really notice she's pushing you.  And it's really fun!  As a newbie to personal training I never thought I would find it fun but it really is!


I love Laura's classes - inclusive, varied, challenging and fun.  I feel so energised afterwards - they are definitely helping my mood! Laura is attentive, encouraging and positive and I look forward to her classes each week.
