As a mum of three, I understand the challenges women face not only in returning to fitness after pregnancy, but also the ongoing demands placed on our bodies throughout our children's lives. By living an active, mindful and present life, I find it easier to face these challenges on a daily basis and can help you find your inner strength to do the same.

Whether you join my Train Together sessions, or meet me for 1-2-1 to Focus On You, you will become a member of my women-only community. You'll have the opportunity to connect with, learn from, and encourage other women on their journey - and make some incredible friends along the way.
